Create a cardboard chameleon with rotating eyes and blow out tongue with littleBits
- 1 x 9V battery

Set up the circuit as shown

Trace the circular servo attachment on a piece of cardboard. Use pencil instead of marker (as per photo) to avoid stains on the circular attachment.
Cut out the cardboard circle

Draw the parts of the chameleon as shown.
Use the cardboard circle cut out earlier to trace a circle on the chameleon.

Attach circular servo attachment to cardboard circle with blutack.

Cut out the cardboard chameleon
Scissors / penknife
Cut out the circle where the eye should be. Trim if necessary to ensure the cardboard eye can rotate easily within the eye socket hole.

Attach the movable parts of the chameleon to its body with paper fasteners.
Fold in the ends of the paper fasteners so that each part can move with ease.

Cut a strip of cardboard to make the stand in photo.

Cut out another cardboard strip.
Attach the servo to cardboard strip as shown (poke holes in cardboard strip with paper fastener, poke pipecleaner through and tie around servo).

Attach the cardboard stand with servo and cardboard eye to chameleon using paper fastener.
(Optional) Attach a party blower behind as the chameleon's tongue.
